🟥 Game version 1.61 or newer
🟥 Required DLC: Vive la France!, Scandinavia, Italia, Going East!, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Road to the Black Sea, Iberia, West Balkans

If you are missing one or more of the required DLCs, the map will still launch, but some objects may be missing (such as roads, companies, or buildings).

INSTALLATION

1. Place king25.scs (or king25free.scs if you are using the free version) in:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod

If the mod folder does not exist, create it.

2. Create a new profile in the game. The map is standalone and is not connected to the European map, so it requires a separate profile.

3. In the profile creation window, click “Mods” and activate the modification. The activated modification should be highlighted in green as “Active”. Click “Apply”.

4. In the profile creation window, select the d2.mbd game module and fill in all the required fields.

5. Click “Connect Later”. This map does not work with the European map module, so it cannot be connected to World of Trucks.

That’s it — you’re ready to hit the road! Good luck!

Yes, you can play Convoy on modded maps, including this one.

To find the session, enable “MODDED SESSIONS” in the advanced filters. If that doesn’t help, also try enabling “SESSIONS WITH OPTIONAL MODIFICATIONS.”

If you still can’t connect, the issue is likely unrelated to the map itself (for example, incorrect connection settings, different game versions between you and your friend, etc.).

The map is built at the standard in-game scale of 1:19. The road network largely follows the layout of the original “Hard Truck 2”.

The map has already been tested by a large number of users, and no major issues with its operation have been found. It is built using the game’s default assets (which is why the map file is so small), making it less sensitive to changes between game versions.

However, if you are experiencing problems, try the following:

1. Make sure you have followed the installation instructions correctly and try installing the map again from scratch.

2. Make sure you have all the required DLCs installed and that your game version is 1.61 or newer.

Required DLCs: Vive la France!, Scandinavia, Italia, Going East!, Beyond the Baltic Sea, Road to the Black Sea, Iberia, West Balkans.

3. Try disabling all other mods and launch the game again.

4. Check your game.log file. It can be found in:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\

The very last line will usually indicate the error that caused the game to crash. It may be caused by another mod, an issue with the game content, or a problem with your computer (graphics driver, insufficient memory, and many other possible causes).

5. In some cases, restarting Steam or your computer can help.

If none of this helps and you are unable to resolve the problem yourself, send the game.log and game.crash files via our group messages. Both files can be found in:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\

I’ll do my best to help you identify and resolve the issue.

By purchasing the current 1.1 version of the map, you get free updates within the 1.1+ version series.
If you purchased the map through Gumroad (via the “Purchase outside Russia” option), the 2.0 update will be free for you!

The upcoming 2.0 expansion will be available to owners of version 1.1 at a discounted price.
